Basic design:
- User-friendly combination machine with movable zero line
- All drives and adjustments are servo-controlled
- The processing motors are frequency-controlled.
- Machine frame in sturdy welded steel construction.
- Workpiece transport is carried out by means of a transport belt and height-adjustable top pressure. The low-maintenance transport belt has a coating for gentle workpiece transport.
The 32 mm wide V-belt of the top pressure with spring-loaded rollers ensures reliable guidance of the workpieces.


The basic machine includes:
- Sound absorber/protective hood with safety lock
- The necessary connection pieces for an external extraction system with an air velocity of at least 28 m/sec. (negative pressure 2480PA)
- A compressed air connection including maintenance unit.
