Word got around to Great Britain that Wehrmann has already successfully designed and built direct postforming machines for caravan interior parts.
An American manufacturer for school furniture requested a machine that would be able to insert 16 dowels on each side of the workpiece in one go. That was not an everyday task but we were up for the challenge.
LIGNA has shown: the trend in edge gluing is moving towards PUR adhesives in order to achieve a permanent invisible joint. The PUR glue improves the edge quality in terms of appearance, water resistance and temperature resistance significantly.
WEHRMANN delivers a direct postforming machine for curved furniture fronts to a renowned German-French caravan manufacturer.
Once again, a plant for double floor panels: a globally renowned manufacturer of double floor panels has recently increased its productivity and precision with a WEHRMANN double-end profiling line.
After a successfull testrun in the manufacturing plant in Barntrup, a double end tenoner was delivered.
