High-performance dowel hole drilling and inserting machine

This machine makes it possible to provide the workpiece with 32 dowels in just one cycle. First the workpieces pass through the drilling machine and get drilled in the second chassis the dowels get inserted. The dowel tools used, can be preselected using the convenient touchscreen control.
Even at a high cycle rate the dowels are set with an absolute repeat accuracy. This is guaranteed by an extremely rigid base frame paired with high-precision guides for the units.
