The FAST WOOD 6U CAL is a compact and highly flexible CNC working centre designed for the automated machining of timber elements for prefabricated houses and “Block House” systems.
It combines cutting, angled cutting, vertical and horizontal notching and milling in a single automated production process, making it ideal for both series and “batch one” production.

- 6 controlled axes – 3 interpolated + 3 positioning axes
- CNC-controlled bar pusher system
- 3 machining stations for optimized production flow
- Pneumatic clamping, alignment and straightening systems at each station
- Automatic horizontal loader for bars up to 6,000 mm
- Motorized loading buffer, useful length 1,500 mm
- Maximum workpiece section: 190 × 80 mm
