HOLZ-HANDWERK 2026: With WEHRMANN to greater efficiency in manufacturing

Barntrup – January 20, 2026 – At HOLZ-HANDWERK 2026, from March 24-27, 2026, Wehrmann Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG will present a wide range of solutions for cost-optimized woodworking. The focus will be on CNC technologies, special-purpose machines, and services related to new and used machinery.

In Hall 10.0, Booth 10.0-407, the 6-sided CNC machining center QUICK KQ-63 E will be presented in live operation. The drilling and milling cell is designed for the precise machining of a wide range of furniture components and can be used both as a central machining center in small and medium-sized companies and as a standalone solution in larger production environments. The system on display is representative of the QUICK CNC program, which Wehrmann distributes exclusively in Germany and Austria. In addition, Wehrmann will provide information on further CNC solutions from the QUICK portfolio – ranging from compact CNC milling machines with tool changers to autonomous CNC nesting cells with automated loading and unloading tables. All machines are technically accepted at the Barntrup site prior to delivery; commissioning and training are carried out by Wehrmann’s own service technicians. From a user perspective, QUICK machines combine high technical quality with entry-level prices that are also accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.

In addition, Wehrmann will be represented in Hall 9 at Booth 9-211 together with its partner COMEC Group. The focus there will be on applications for CNC door frame machining as well as efficient solutions for frame construction. The machine concepts presented are designed for space-saving production processes and enable flexible manufacturing, including economical batch-size-one production with simultaneously high output. With these multifunctional solutions, COMEC has established itself in recent years among well-known German building component manufacturers. The systems are customized on a project-specific basis to meet individual customer requirements.

Another focal point is Wehrmann’s latest in-house development: the CNC-controlled crosscut saw. The through-feed saw features NC-controlled stops and servo feed and can be operated both as a standalone unit and integrated into production lines. It is suitable, among other things, for the precise cutting of SKV parts, panels, or skirting boards – including asymmetric cuts.

In addition, the Wehrmann team will be available at the trade fair as a point of contact for special-purpose machinery solutions in edge processing, for example for postforming applications or double-end profilers, as well as for retrofit solutions.

Across all product areas, Wehrmann also sees itself as a partner for used machinery. Trade fair visitors have the opportunity to have machines or complete production lines evaluated and to develop marketing strategies together with Wehrmann. To this end, the company draws on international platforms as well as a network of globally active agents.
