That was the smirking question from Georg Schnapp, operations manager at KMT Möbelteile in Langenberg. He was referring to the gluing part for PUR glue from Wehrmann which was recently put into operation at KMT Möbelteile.
Georg Schnapp was convinced by the simple structure, which differs only slightly from a standard EVA device. The use of PUR glue is as easy as the use of EVA glue.
Georg Schnapp: "Finally, a device that does not require a separate melting device. We can insert the PUR glue candles directly into this new device. Our Wehrmann PUR unit can remain on the machine for quit some time, without a lot of effort storing it in nitrogen."
As per usual, the supposedly simple things inspire the most.
