Semi-automatic processing for following shapes:

- Circle: min-Ø 300mm, max-Ø 2700mm
- Panels with inner radii min. 250mm
- Panels with outer radii min. 30-80mm (depending on edge thickness)

Manual processing depending on the radius of the pressure roll; standard 20mm; alternative 15mm

Equipment and technical data:
- Teflon-coated glue pot with 1 kg capacity, quick-change device and integrated glue application roller
- 2 guide rollers for contoured workpieces
- 1 swiveling feed/pressure
- Adjustable glue application quantity and adjustable glue temperature
- Automatic roll cutting device for coil materials up to max. 3 x 45 mm
- Panel thickness 10-60 mm
- Band thickness 1-3 mm
