Loading and unloading
AUTOMATIC LOADING and UNLOADING of the panels on the bottom panel, on the 3,500 mm side. Transport takes place via a motorized MYLAR belt. The belt is set in motion by 2 rollers, one at the entrance and one at the exit of the press. The rollers are driven by a motor with a chain that slides on special guides. The Mylar belt rotates around the lower plate, which rests on special lateral supports. The belt rotates on 2 rollers located at the entrance and exit of the press. The ends of the MYLAR belt are fixed to special rods with tensioning devices. The upper plate is covered with a Mylar film.

Construction
The CONSTRUCTION of the PRESS and the supports of the fixed and movable plate are made of assembled and welded FE430 steel beams. The structures are machined on CNC centers to achieve three-dimensional parallelism for the surface and joint quality of the product.

Cylinders
The CYLINDERs were machined using CNC-controlled “work centers”. The cylinder shanks are chrome-plated and ground.

Hydraulic unit
The HYDRAULIC UNIT is equipped with a two-stage pump for operating the cylinders.
The power unit is installed in the lower part of the press to create space for the operating personnel and to allow easy access for maintenance work.
The hydraulic unit is equipped with a hydraulic oil tank, motor and pumps, which are housed in the tank for protection against external influences, cooling and noise reduction.
The operating and safety valves as well as the distributors are located on the top of the tank. The MECHANICAL CONTROL of the PLANARITY during the movement of the lower level is carried out by 4 racks with pinions and torsion bars for longitudinal and transversal control.

OTHER DEVICES AND FEATURES OF THE PRESS
Protective nets on two sides and SAFETY DEVICES for the operator in accordance with CE regulations.
Marking of all dangerous parts with CE labels. Locking devices of the lower moving floor at the top in accordance with CE regulations for maintenance work on the cylinders and the hydraulic unit.
Lifting hooks in the upper part of the press for transportation by crane. Leveling devices at the base of the columns for leveling the press in the event of any unevenness in the floor.

Sliding surface with idle rollers. The pressed panels reach the end of the table by gravity.
The structure is made of welded steel profiles with adjustable working height.
