- length profiling
- Cross profiling
- Control and parking
- Automatic inverting machine and turning
- Film machine and shrink tunnel

Description of the system
The system is loaded with semi-finished parts in plank format via an automatic transport system. These are separated by always sucking in the top layer and
and deposited on a belt conveyor by means of the traverse. This transports them to the infeed conveyor of the length machine. This conveyor belt
conveys individual panels into the length machine. A profile is milled in the length machine using 6 milling motors per side. A transfer conveyor then feeds the
panels into a drop chute of the transverse machine. Here, the panels are conveyed individually through the cross machine by means of cams. In the cross machine
a profile is also milled per side using 6 milling motors. After the cross machine, the panel is cleaned and a visual inspection is possible.
possible. The panels are then collected into packs (7-10 panels) and it is possible to eject reject panels. The packet then runs into an automatic inverting machine. There the package is aligned and provided with a slip lid, furthermore the package is turned and provided with a leaflet insert.
The packet then runs through an automatic film wrapping machine and is wrapped in a film which is then shrunk and sealed in a shrink tunnel.
Finally, the packages are stacked in four rows next to each other on Euro pallets using a tray stacking system.
Feeding
The panels to be processed are fed to the loading system in stacks via the on-site roller conveyors.
One loading station is provided. The gantry loads the panels five per layer onto a transport roller conveyor,
where they are then turned and conveyed into a drop chute. From there, they are fed individually to the profiling system.
Length profiling
The panels are transported through the machine via two chain conveyors and top pressure belts.
The panels are processed with 6 processing motors on each side. For better dimensional accuracy
a slide rail and a pressure skid at the height of the processing motors. The panels are then conveyed into a
drop chute of the transverse machine.
Cross profiling
The panels are transported through the machine via two chain conveyors with cams and top drive belts.
The panels are processed with 6 processing motors on each side. For better dimensional accuracy, a slide rail and a pressure skid are installed at the height of the processing motors.
and a pressure skid. The panels are then cleaned with a brushing machine.
Inspection and package formation
After cleaning, the panels are turned over and can be visually inspected.
The panels are then collected in packs of 7 - 10 pieces.
Inverting machine and turning
The collected packs are fed into the inverting machine and aligned.
Afterwards, the folded inverters are placed on the aligned pack.
It is then possible to turn the packet.
Foil machine and shrink tunnel
A leaflet insert can be placed on the parcel before the foil machine.
The packet is wrapped in the automatic foil machine, overlapped and then sealed and shrunk in the shrink tunnel.
Stacking
After the shrink tunnel, four packets are collected next to each other. These are then conveyed for stacking.
The packs are then stacked on Euro pallets using a tray destacker. The Euro pallets are automatically
automatically conveyed to the stacking position during pallet changeover.
